Anyone who knows me is well aware of my love for the Great Lakes. I lived blocks off of Lake Michigan for four years and Lake Superior is a source of great joy, fascination, and meditation for me. This piece, created with a mixture of matte and glossy green aventurine, was inspired by time spent on these lakes. The colors and textures ebb and flow like the waves on a sunny day. Wearing it gives you access to textures that do the same.
